Description

1747-L542 Digital Inverter

The 1747-L542 provides the means to integrate MATLAB and Simulink with TI eXpressDSP tools, and TI C2000 DSP controllers for system development. Simulink models are transformed into real-time C code through Real-Time Workshop and TI’s development tools, so that these products can be utilized to achieve automated code generation, product prototyping, and embedded system implementation on TI C2000 DSP systems (e.g., the F2812 eZds evaluation boards and the F2407 eZdsp evaluation boards, etc.), with real-time algorithm verification, greatly improving the development efficiency.

1747-L542 digital inverter adopts single-phase half-bridge inverter structure, the core chip of inverter controller selects TMS320F2812, outputs two-way SPWM, EXB841 module as the drive amplifier of SPWM signals, the control switch adopts the full-control device IGBT, the input voltage is 311V, the output voltage is 100V (RMS), the switching frequency is 10kHz The inverter output voltage frequency is 50HZ.

1747-L542 inverter controller system principle through the inverter system current and voltage through the voltage Hall sensor and current sampling circuit were detected, sent to the analog signal processing circuit for analog filtering and amplitude adjustment, the processed signal is sent to the DSP chip, through the DSP chip 12-bit A/D converter module, into digital signals, the DSP signal for digital filtering, determine the single-phase output voltage frequency of 50HZ. After digital filtering, the DSP judges whether the output voltage and current of the single-phase half-bridge are over-voltage or over-current, and takes corresponding protection measures.
