1756-IF16 Wireless Information Transmission Meters

1756-IF16 is responsible for the production metering of multiple oil wells. Through the metering station on the oil well production measurement, can be timely and accurate understanding of each well’s working condition, at the same time for the oilfield geological department to provide reservoir engineering information. However, at present, the metering station of many oilfields in China still adopts manual metering method, which is of great labour intensity, low efficiency, and the number of times of manual metering is small, the time is short, and the representativeness of the metering results is poor.

1756-IF16 to achieve the automation of measurement, improve the efficiency and accuracy of measurement, more and more PLC and HMI (human-machine interface) are used in the automatic control system of the metering station. Among them, PLC is installed in the metering station for realising daily automatic metering and transmission of metering data; while HMI can be placed in the metering station to directly receive the data from PLC, make real-time display, and automatically record and generate relevant reports, and transmit the information to the plant’s main control room, etc;

1756-IF16 directly through the wireless transmission will measure the relevant information data sent to the plant’s general control room, in the general control room of the HMI for real-time monitoring, to achieve unattended. Through the practice of engineers and technicians of ZDZZ, A6312 and SunyTech industrial control application software (HMI) have been successfully applied in the control of oilfield metering stations. The following is an example of a metering station to illustrate the realisation of the automatic control system of the metering station.
