Description

1756-L84ES Sensor Calibration Algorithm

When the 1756-L84ES fits a function using least squares curve fitting, segmented curve fitting should be used if the number of approximations is too high, resulting in slow calculations. The principle is: the sensor segments to select a number of test points for accurate testing, and according to the test data to draw the sensor segments to fit the curve, and then use the fitting function to generate the correction value to generate a segmented lookup table. If the tools provided by Kingview directly look up the table to take the value, it is clear that the measurement accuracy will be affected.

1756-L84ES using linear interpolation segment processing method, will be able to effectively improve the system accuracy, so the integrated application of function segment fitting algorithm and linear interpolation will effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the system. The process of utilizing linear interpolation to achieve compensation is to first determine which interval the measured value is in, and then call out the corresponding value of the interval endpoints, and use the formula to achieve the correction, where M is the measured output value, (M1, P1), (M2, P2) is the value of the interval endpoints.
