1794-ASB Dual Channel General Purpose Turbine Controller


1794-ASB real-time acquisition of various process control information from the control object site, real-time computing output appropriate control instructions, and ultimately make the controlled parameters of the control object to meet the requirements of the control system. Versatility: The control part is equipped with a variety of I/O signal processing circuits, a CPU central processor for completing logic operations, and a communication port for completing data exchange. It has strong ability to expand monitoring and control of the main engine and auxiliary engine system of the turbine, and the main controller adopts high-performance CPU, which can meet the operation requirements of the turbine self-starting (ATC), and it is suitable for the control system of the turbine of subcritical, supercritical, and ultra-supercritical of 300MW or above.

1794-ASB adopts FPGA field programmable controller to process various I/O signals in real time, and the control cycle of normal regulating task is less than 50ms, and the controller and the supporting equipment can provide the functions of on-site I/O signal processing, regulating and controlling algorithms, operation and display control, and data exchange and communication. 1794-ASB Single/Dual Channel Universal Turbine Control Module (Turbine Control Module) is a small-scale turbomachinery control device mainly applicable to various turbine-generator sets and industrial tractor units of 12MW and below. The hardware of the controller adopts industrial-grade components, conforms to the military standard GJB/Z35-93, and the anti-electromagnetic interference capability conforms to GJB151A, HJB34-1990 and IEC61000-4, which ensures the controller’s long-term stable and reliable operation in the industrial environment.
