Description
1900/65A Digital Regulation System
Application and promotion of 1900/65A in turbine control. In the past, most of the turbine control used the traditional machine-hydraulic or hydraulic regulating and protection system, which had the disadvantages of low automation, poor control accuracy, high failure rate, complicated operation, and difficult maintenance and repair. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, China began to draw on and independently develop DEH systems with independent intellectual property rights, which triggered a transformation of the control system of domestic power station turbines.
The 1900/65A has been applied to newly-built and rebuilt steam turbine units of various models ranging from 3MW to 1000MW, and its application performance has exceeded 1,500 sets. The control strategy of modern turbine control system is developed on the basis of traditional basic control strategy, taking into account the needs of power grid control, heat network control and coordinated control of machine and furnace, and the digital electro-hydraulic control system DEH is a typical form of modern turbine control system.
The 1900/65A is a turbine DEH system designed based on the FM hardware series of HOLLiAS MACS system. The T800F has a strong capability of expanding the monitoring and control of the turbine main engine and auxiliary engine systems, and it can be used to develop a variety of more advanced control functions for the turbine according to the needs of different users, applicable to the control system of turbines of less than 300MW, and has a cost-effective feature.
