Description

1C31224G01 Automatic Metering Separator

1C31224G01 Function:
Daily timed single wells in sequence for automatic metering, the host computer can intervene to set which wells are not involved in metering, and when a single well is stopped, metering must skip this well to meter the next well.
The host computer can manually specify a well to be metered individually.
When metering of a single well is completed, the separator discharge valve is automatically opened for liquid discharge, and the separator gas outlet valve is closed according to the liquid discharge situation.
Unlike general PLC programming software, SunyPLC250 programming software provides five programming languages FBD, LD, SFC, IL and ST in accordance with the IEC61131-3 standard, and the programmer can choose any one or several programming languages to realise according to the programming needs.

1C31224G01 automatically starts metering from the first meterable well according to the default well position, the metering well number is given by the upper computer. the PLC will automatically carry out the operation of inverting valve, metering and draining according to the pre-set sequence. During the metering process, wells that have not grown 1cm in 30 minutes (which can be changed by the operator) (considered to be out of production) will be skipped and the next well will continue to be metered.

1C31224G01 The operation procedure is as follows: cut the three-way valve corresponding to the well to be metered to the metering position, start timing when the separator level reaches the lower metering limit, and note down the metering time when it reaches the upper metering limit; automatically open the drain valve, close the separator gas outlet valve, and start draining the liquid; and cut the three-way valve of the well to the production position; when the liquid level is drained to the low level, then open the gas outlet valve, close the drain valve and cut the three-way valve corresponding to the next well to be metered to the production level. When the liquid level is drained to a low level, open the gas outlet valve again, close the drain valve, and cut the three-way valve corresponding to the next well to be metered to the metering level, and enter the metering of the next well.
