Description

3604E Embedded Control System

3604E In order to develop digital control for power electronics from simulation to actual execution. Thus, the MATLAB/Simulink environment is better adapted to control development while including an automatic code generator. The PLECS toolbox is used to provide a simulation model of the power plant prior to the actual execution process. The system structure and functionality can be represented by a group combinatorial model. Using special probes, voltages and currents can only be observed in the graphical window. In terms of processing the simulation results, MATLAB/Simulink has very good simulation results.

3604E effectively designing an embedded control system and accurately predicting its performance requires the designer to understand the performance of the entire system that encompasses the control system.MATLAB and Simulink form the core model-based design environment for creating accurate mathematical models of the performance of a physical system. The graphical and block diagram paradigms of the MATLAB/Simulink environment allow the user to drag and drop pre modelled components and connect them together while creating dynamic system models.

The 3604E is time-continuous, multirate, or time-discrete or any combination of the three. The modelling environment is hierarchical, with automatically formed files using PLECS to form circuits including resistors, inductors, capacitors, switches, voltage and current sources that can be used as ideal components. Voltages and currents can be measured with probes. These measurements can be used as control feedback in the Simulink environment or only for online observation of the scope. In fact, most simulation tools provide a Simulink interface.
