In addition, China is a country with water resources shortage, especially in the arid and semi-arid areas of the northwest. Water saving irrigation projects have become an important strategic task for the sustainable development of the national economy. Developing water-saving irrigation is of great significance in alleviating the contradiction of water resource scarcity, expanding irrigation area, and improving comprehensive agricultural production capacity. So, Gu Mei PLC all-in-one machine emerged.

The cost of irrigation equipment manufactured domestically in our country is relatively low, but due to the majority of using ordinary relay control systems, debugging and maintenance are difficult, and the sensitivity is not high enough to achieve timed and quantitative irrigation. The automatic irrigation control system based on PLC can achieve efficient irrigation, improve crop yield, and also save water resources to a certain extent.
This plan adopts the Gu Mei PLC integrated machine for automatic control of the irrigation system. The controller model is Gu Mei CX3G-34MT-12AD8DA-A0-A0-485/485, which requires 10 solenoid valves, 2 frequency converters, 2 motors, 4 proportional valves, 2 pressure sensors, and 4 liquid level sensors for the main components.
