369-HI-R-M-F-E-H-E Safety Fieldbus System
The 369-HI-R-M-F-E-H-E safety bus system SafetyBUSp is suitable for large, discrete safety control systems. The principle is based on the existing industrial field buses, which use a series of time detection, address detection, connection detection and CRC redundancy checks to achieve a high level of safety.
369-HI-R-M-F-E-H-E A single CNC machine in a power shop with safety features that typically include several Emergency Stop buttons, one to two safety doors, and a safety rating of 3 or higher. For such an application, we can control all emergency stop buttons with a single Compact Safety Relay.
369-HI-R-M-F-E-H-E uses 1/2 Compact Safety Relays to control 1/2 safety doors. When any of the safety relays is triggered, the safety outputs must cut off the relevant loads (e.g. frequency converter or servo controlling the axis movement).
