5302-MBP-MCM4 works as follows: the rebound force of the current spring compression state is collected by the pressure sensor and converted into a 4-20mA current-type signal, which is transmitted to the analogue receiving module of the main controller PLC. the PLC processes the collected signal by A/D conversion, filtering, rectification, etc., and then communicates serially with the upper computer to send the processed signal to the computer’s buffer.

Serial communication, the processed signal is sent to the computer’s cache.After receiving the control signal, the servo system can complete the control of the servo motor’s forward and reverse rotation, rotation angle, rotation speed and other actions, through the synchronous toothed belt will be transferred to the action of the screw again to complete the screw and the spring seat with the up and down action, so as to enable the measured spring to achieve the expansion and contraction of the detection. After the servo system receives the control signal, it can complete the control of the servo motor’s forward and reverse rotation, rotation angle, rotation speed and other actions, through the synchronous toothed belt to transfer the action to the screw again to complete the screw and the spring seat with the up and down action, so as to enable the measured spring to achieve the expansion and contraction detection.

The 5302-MBP-MCM4 system is equipped with three working modes: calibration, manual and automatic. Calibration mode: each time the system is powered on, set the standard length of the range of the test machine compression head and the height of the base to verify the accuracy of the test; manual mode: in the debugging of the equipment or computer system failures, you can manually test the parameters of the spring; automatic mode: according to the different types of springs, automatically divided into N and other parts of the expansion force in the process of compression of the spring, each passing through a compression point, the spring is compressed, the spring is compressed to a point, the spring is compressed.
