8810-HI-TX-01 Output Command Contactor


8810-HI-TX-01 equipment automatic start conditions are available, automatic state press the start button (or down start conditions are available), the first output bell signal, send start alarm, and at the same time start timing, 3 seconds after the belt start command output to the field contactor, so that it will act to start the motor, and at the same time return to the equipment running signal, together with the start output command to do self-holding for the DO output. When the stop button is pressed, the automatic start circuit is disconnected, there is no output from DO, the contactor is disconnected and the equipment stops.

8810-HI-TX-01 equipment manual start conditions are available, manual state, press the manual start button, the manual start circuit is turned on, the belt start output command is issued to the field contactor, the contactor action, start the motor, and at the same time return to the equipment running signal, together with the start output command for the DO output self-holding. When the manual stop button is pressed, the manual start circuit is disconnected, there is no output from DO, the contactor is disconnected and the equipment stops.

When the 8810-HI-TX-01 selected material line equipment is running normally, if one of the equipment in the material line stops (fault or non-fault stop), the equipment upstream of this equipment in the selected material line will be interlocked to stop, and the downstream equipment will still keep running. For example, if the selected material line is A1→A2→A3→A4→A5→A6 are in the running state, when A5 has a fault stop, its upstream equipment A1→A2→A3→A4 will stop, while the downstream equipment A6 is still in the running state. Since the control of the material field is a process of smooth control, this can avoid the occurrence of pile of materials due to the intermediate equipment failure and shutdown, and effectively reduce the economic losses.
