Description

9200-01-01-10-00 Industrial Grade Processor

9200-01-01-10-00 is a portable spectrum analyser with rich features, excellent performance, compact size and easy to carry and operate, especially for the customer application terminal site interference detection, tracking and positioning application scenarios. Customers have strict requirements for performance indicators, such as excellent average noise level, phase noise faster scanning speed, etc., for the stability and reliability of the main control unit has high requirements. And the product is a confidential project for the customer, need to use the core module with the customer’s development of functional motherboard design, for the core module and the connector between the carrier board has a high seismic requirements.

9200-01-01-10-00 design standard through innovative mechanical and electronic design, the use of 4 * 100Pin board-to-board (B2B) connector, than the traditional Qseven, SMARC and other specifications used in the gold finger (MXM) connector, from the physical level has a more solid connection capability and less air contact area, thus improving the core board and the base plate connection stability, and higher resistance to vibration and oxidation. In addition, the RTX specification also strengthens the overall design of the PCB board by strictly selecting industrial-grade materials and PCB substrates. Meanwhile, the thickness of the PCB substrate for RTX is required to be more than 2.0mm, which significantly improves the bending resistance of RTX motherboards, making them an ideal choice for rugged applications.
