Description

A6312 Wireless Information Transmission Meters

The A6312 provides users with Frame drive tools for creating customised protocols. Special mention should be made of the Ethernet POWERLINK network protocol, which was the world’s first practical real-time industrial Ethernet in 2001 when competitors were still discussing the concept of real-time industrial Ethernet, and the world’s first open, safety-rated (SIL3) real-time industrial Ethernet. in early 2007, the company released the Gigabit Ethernet Ethernet POWERLINK. In early 2007, the company released Ethernet POWERLINK, a Gigabit-class real-time industrial Ethernet (shown in Figure 4). Thanks to these technological advantages, PCC is often able to easily and efficiently interconnect a wide range of products with different communication protocols.

A6312 sends the metering related information data to the general control room of the plant directly through wireless transmission, and carries out real-time monitoring on the HMI of the general control room, realising unattended operation. Through the practice of engineers and technicians of ZDZZ, A6312 and SunyTech industrial control application software (HMI) have been successfully applied in the control of oilfield metering stations. The following is an example of a metering station to illustrate the realisation of the automatic control system of the metering station.
