The ABB MB510 3BSE002540R1 has a high power density, which makes it ideal for system integration in automatic test equipment. Multiple voltage and current combinations and 1U and 2U heights allow for multiple voltage outputs in a small footprint. The series has a variety of control methods, making it easy to integrate into conventional as well as high-speed systems. Battery charging requires high precision voltage and stable current output for fast bulk and absorption phase charging, and high precision and stable voltage for float charging to avoid battery “inflation.

The DCS series has a high precision output voltage to optimize battery charging. The remote interface option makes it easy to automate the charging process on a batch production line. MB510 3BSE002540R1 is a transmitter that isolates sensor signals (4-20mA/0-20mA/0-10mA) and then outputs proportional current signals (4-20mA/0-20mA/0-10mA). Input signal interference suppression filter circuit, signal modulation circuit, signal isolation circuit and output demodulation filter circuit are included inside the product. Wide creepage distances on the input and output sides and internal isolation measures make it possible to realize an isolation voltage of 3KVAC between signal input and signal output.

The MB510 3BSE002540R1 is a 2-wire voltage signal isolation and distribution module that can be used to distribute voltage signals from 2-wire voltage input distribution transducers and bridge (weighing) detection circuits. It contains current signal modulation circuit, electromagnetic isolation conversion circuit and signal reduction demodulation circuit. Power supply voltage range 12-32VDC, small input equivalent resistance, high linearity, signal input and output can reach 2500VAC isolation voltage.
