ABB PM865K02 Fan system
PM865K02 system configuration is as follows: six sets of low-voltage electric control cabinets placed locally to complete the functions of the respective fan subsystems, such as start and stop; a set of PLC remote automatic control cabinets, using Siemens S7-300 series, the collection of the entire fan system, temperature, flow rate, oil pressure, and other analog quantities through the upper computer after the output display, alarm.
PM865K02 fan system has a lot of temperature collection points, each set of fans in this project has three motor stator temperature, two motor support bearing temperature, fan temperature of two support bearings and a thrust bearing temperature, temperature points totaling 48. If the Siemens 8-point analog input module is selected, a total of 6 pieces are required. Together with the analog inputs for shaft vibration, oil pipe pressure, outlet air pressure, etc., the number of PLC analog input modules to be selected is too high, costly and difficult to install.
