The main features of the 1900/65A control system are:

The I/O points of 1900/65A are about 120, DI and DO points are basically equal, in order to solve the above problems, we adopt Siemens S7-200PLC 214 CPU module, the rest of the I/O modules and AI module for water content detection adopts YIVI’s UN200 series, and the dosage metering is achieved by PLY600, a dosage control instrument developed by Shandong Boshuo itself. In the UN200 module, 8DI/8DO digital module is also used as the keyboard scanning module to collect signals for manual operation, and the system composition is shown in the figure below:

1900/65A is a relatively harsh environment of the application, the control system is very strict test of dust resistance and other aspects.
