CP451-10 Control Unit Microcontroller

The CP451-10 can interact with the M8 module in the specified communication mode by designing the relevant control module according to the specific application and connecting it to the interface via wires. The interfaces with the control module include UART (TTL), I2C and SPI, and can also communicate directly with the computer via RS-232 and USB interfaces. the M8 module has a built-in portable antenna and a 50Ω output impedance to connect with an external antenna, and the reading distance of the module is directly related to the external antenna.

CP451-10 control unit’s main function is to configure the function of the radio frequency module and communicate with it to obtain the radio frequency module to obtain the radio frequency tag information, will obtain the tag information through the communication interface uploaded to the upper computer, but also can receive the upper machine on the radio frequency reader configuration instructions. Also, the radio frequency reader also need to leave a direct communication with the computer interface, in favour of the host computer software design and development.

CP451-10 need to select the control unit microcontroller according to the functional requirements of the control unit, and to implement a variety of communication interfaces. Here, the control unit is a microcontroller system with AT89S53 as the core, the microcontroller chip contains 12K Bytes of Flash Memory and 256Bytes × 8 RAM, three 16-bit timer/counter, nine interrupt sources, programmable serial UART channel, SPI interface.
