DO3401 Large Integrated Control System

DO3401 system is a large-scale integrated control system designed by HELISE with years of development and engineering experience, which is a perfect, economical and reliable control system. The system adopts the world’s advanced field bus technology (ProfiBus-DP bus), supports FF, DEVICENET, CANBUS, PA and other mainstream buses, supports HART standard protocols, intelligent instrumentation can be easily connected to the system. Adopting mature advanced control algorithm, fully support IEC61131-3 standard.

DO3401 supports OPC technology, ActiveX technology, and integrated AMS system, RealMIS system, ERP system, etc., as well as the system integrates the drive interface of typical control systems of many well-known manufacturers, which allows seamless information flow transmission between intelligent field instrumentation, control systems and enterprise resource management systems, and can conveniently realise factory intelligence, control and integration for factory automation and enterprise control. integration, providing a comprehensive solution for factory automatic control and enterprise management.

DO3401 system consists of engineer station, operator station, data service station (optional), field control station, industrial control network and other components.

Engineer station: used to complete the system configuration, modification and down loading, including: database, graphics, control algorithms, report configuration, parameter configuration, operator station, field control station and process I/O module configuration configuration, data down loading and incremental down loading.

Operator station: It is used for monitoring and management of production site, including: centralised management and monitoring of system data, display of process flow chart, report printing, control operation, historical trend display, log, alarm recording and management, etc.

On-site control station: It is used to complete the functions of on-site signal acquisition, engineering unit transformation, control and interlock control algorithm, control output, and transmission of data and diagnostic results to the operator station through the system network.

Server station: It is used to complete the system historical data service and exchange information with the plant management network. (Optional configuration)
