DS200ADGIH1AAA composite function internal data storage field occupies 256 16-bit storage units, divided into 64 regions, each region of 4 units, 64 regions correspond to a maximum of 64 times the composite function block call, each call on the allocation of a new 4-unit region. The data in these storage units are called one by one by the instructions with prefixes 2, 3, and A in the composite function block.

The DS200ADGIH1AAA coupling unit controls the exchange of data between the module’s data storage and the local bus. This unit includes a control system. This control system works synchronously with the local bus. The data exchange with the local bus takes place during a period of time at the beginning of each processing cycle.

DS200ADGIH1AAA During this period of time, the control system of the coupling unit recognises the information of the local bus traffic manager 70BV01 or receives the data of the local bus and stores it in the bus data storage area or sends the result of the previous processing cycle to the local bus.
