DS200TCEAG1ACB High Power Dual Supply Driver

When DS200TCEAG1ACB detects a voltage of 7V at input 1, the module determines that the circuit is short-circuited, and immediately outputs a shutdown signal through the optocoupler to shut down, thus making its output at terminal 5 low to place the GE terminals of the IGBT in a negative bias and reliably shut down.

The output error signal of DS200TCEAG1ACB makes the fault output terminal 8 low, thus driving the external protection circuit to work. After a delay of 2 to 3 seconds, if terminal 13 is detected as high, the M57962AL resumes operation. Voltage regulator Z1 is used to prevent D1 from breaking down and damaging the M57962AL, RG is a current limiting resistor, and DZ2 and DZ3 play the role of limiting to ensure that the IGBT is turned on and off reliably without being mistakenly turned on or broken down.

Its own high operating frequency, fast response speed, working in the switching state of its switching losses, which puts forward higher requirements on the reliability and safety of its drive. The use of special driver module M57962AL can drive high-current high-power applications, can achieve overcurrent and overvoltage protection of the IGBT, at the same time, the peripheral application circuits designed to limit the base limit current resistor and base emitter limiter, to ensure that the base of the IGBT will not be burned out and breakdown. The application circuit of this module has been successfully applied in practice.
