EL100T Analogue Expansion Module


EL100T can be collected centrally by means of inspection, so according to the actual situation, I chose a total of three SS7-16 16-channel temperature inspectors developed and produced by Shaanxi Industrial Automation Engineering Company. However, this type of temperature inspector uses Modbus RTU protocol (RS485 port) for communication, Modbus protocol is a universal language applied to electronic controllers. Through this protocol, controllers can communicate with each other, with controllers via a network (e.g. Ethernet) and with other devices. As a common industrial standard, it has been widely used in industrial networks consisting of control devices from different manufacturers for centralised monitoring and control.

EL100T module can communicate with multiple serial communication devices at the same time, such as connecting multiple inverters and inspectors at the same time. Its processor can be particularly convenient and simple to parameterise. If RS422/485 Modbus RTU communication is used, it is necessary to include information such as station number, data area, read/write commands, etc. in the data packet sent. For the slave device connected to the CP341 module to identify which station the packet is sent to. As well as the packet is the function of reading or writing to that data area.
