F3330 Enhanced Function Module

When the absolute value of the difference between the actual valve position value Pv and the set value Sv is greater than En, the module adopts the long pulse drive; when the difference between the two is between the threshold value En and one-half of the dead zone DeadZoon, the module outputs a short pulse at Ton time and waits for the Toff time until the absolute value of the difference between the valve position value and the set value is less than one-half of the dead zone, which means that the control accuracy will be achieved, and then the output stops. Control accuracy when the output is stopped, completing the control process once.

F3330 module adopts the above control scheme to make full use of the inertia of the system and the characteristics of the electric actuator, effectively overcoming the overshoot and oscillation phenomenon that occurs in the electric actuator control process, and improving the control accuracy.The settings of En, Ton and Toff should be appropriate, and no more than 2-3 short pulses are optimal, so that it can speed up the adjustment time.

F3330 has no introduction of internal characteristic parameters such as Ton, Toff, Smin, etc. except for external characteristics such as deadband, return difference, hysteresis and operating voltage. The self-learning function of the PAT module can obtain the characteristic parameters of these electric actuators, which provides a powerful support for the reasonable setting of characteristic parameters.
