Description

HIMA F8627 984862702 Safety-Related CPU module

HIMA F8627 984862702 including Form A (SPST) and Form C (SPDT) options; 16 point 2-5VDC discrete input and output modules; 16 point 2-5VDC discrete combo input/output modules; and the HSO4 High Speed Pulse Combo Module, which is capable of handle differential or single-ended wiring configurations at 2 MHZ frequencies. Also added to the line-up is a new Pluggable Options Module (POM), which is fully Ethernet-enabled and supports MQTT clients, DO-MOE, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet Remote I/O, and MODBUS trade agreement protocol (Ethernet MPS only).Allows easy connection to barcode readers, printers and a wide range of peripheral devices. Up to four different network protocols can be active at any one time for multiple vendor controller applications. This synchronised protocol capability allows the APC3000 to act as a protocol converter, data concentrator and gateway to seamlessly share data with different PLC manufacturers, motion controllers, servos and more. These units include CUL Class I Design Information II, CE certification. Standard interfaces for most of the units include USB, RS232, RS422, RS485, Siemens Direct MPI serial interface, Compact Flash port, and 10/100 Ethernet. the USB host port allows easy connection to bar code readers, printers, and a wide range of peripheral devices. It is the first RoHS-compliant product to meet the new mandatory lead-free directive from Europe, a critical requirement for OEMs shipping overseas. These units include standard UL, CLI Type II, and CE certifications. Standard interfaces on most of the units include USB, RS232, RS422, RS485

Microchip device modules provide complete, model-based control of most DSPIC peripherals for greater flexibility and utilisation, including digital I/OS, ADCS, pwms, change notification, output comparison, input capture, quadrature encoder interfaces, interrupts and resets, as well as communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI and UART. In addition, designers can monitor, adjust and document their algorithms and applications in real time through a graphical interface. The device module is easy to set up and can be used in one configuration across all DSPICDSCs, making in-process design changes and seamless migration easy. The target configuration block includes the main block, SIMULINK reset configuration, compiler options and data tables. HIMA F8627 984862702 specific functions written in C. This allows designers to write less code directly from the SIMULINK model, utilising the extensive library of applications, algorithms and operations available on many microchips. Designers can monitor, tune and document their algorithms and applications in real time through a graphical interface. The device module is simple to set up and can be used in one configuration across all DSPICDSCs, making in-process design changes and seamless migration easy. The target configuration block includes a master block, SIMULINK reset configuration, compiler options and data sheets.Features include remote on/off, output decoration and short circuit protection. Operating ambient temperature range is -40 to +51°C without derating. The ambient temperature range can be extended without derating by using an optional heat absorber. For improved thermal performance in still air environments, the unit is encapsulated with a thermally conductive mother pot compound in a six-sided metal enclosure.
