HIMA X-BLK01 632590802 modules include control modules with the high speed and reliability required for small and medium-sized turbomachinery, a frequency input module that accurately measures the speed of even slow-spinning wind turbine blades, and an upgraded CPU module for upstream oil and gas processes with higher reliability and larger memory capacity. The newly developed control modules include a servo module that controls the speed of small and medium-sized turbine machinery and a high-speed protection module that protects the machine by detecting abnormalities such as excessive speed. The frequency input module measures the rotational speed with high accuracy (±0.1% of reading). This is true even at speeds as low as 0.1 Hz, ensuring that the wind turbine can run smoothly in all conditions, from strong winds to light breezes. For the traditional energy market, the motor has also improved the reliability and functionality of the FCN-RTU low-power autonomous controller, which was developed for controlling oil and gas wellheads distributed over a wide area. Specifically, the module now features the same error checking and correcting (ECC) memory as a high-end PC, and memory capacity has been doubled to allow for long-term storage of gas volume data and other field information.
