IC697CMM742-LL consists of a central control unit, a chassis dynamometer, an exhaust gas sampling unit, an analyzing instrument unit and related auxiliary equipment. Firstly, the chassis dynamometer simulates the working condition of the car, then the exhaust gas sampling system carries out accurate quantitative collection of sample gas, and finally the analyzer unit quantitatively detects the concentration of pollutants in the sample gas, and the central control unit realizes the automatic control of the whole system.

IC697CMM742-LL central control unit adopts embedded system as the core control unit, the system operating station is an industrial control machine running WIndows CE embedded operating system and Configuration King 6.0 embedded version configuration software, which is responsible for issuing commands to the PLC as the on-site control and command execution element, and at the same time, the industrial control machine adopts the TCP/IP protocol for the communication between the industrial control machine and the remote upper PC. The communication between the industrial controller and the remote PC is carried out using the TCP/IP protocol.

The IC697CMM742-LL acquires measurement data from the sensors of the CVS system and the analyzer unit, converts them into digital signals conforming to the RS-485 specification through the data acquisition module, and transmits them to the touch panel, which then transmits the measurement data to the PC (the upper computer) through the TCP/IP protocol to complete the data processing work. At the same time, the touch screen judges the current working status according to the value of the collected signal, and sends control commands to the analysis unit and the PLC of the CVS system.
