The IS220PDIOH1A offers a number of application orientated building blocks such as Wireless LAN, Wireless GRPS/GSM, Bluetooth, GPS and Graphics Mode LCM displays, USB cameras and keyboards. A wide temperature range version, the M-508T is designed to withstand extreme environments.All components in the M-508T are industrial grade, ensuring continuous operation in weather conditions ranging from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. For critical applications that require data retention during power loss, the M-508T utilises 512KB of non-volatile RAMTRON F-RAM.

The IS220PDIOH1A improves system reliability, and the F-RAM’s high-performance data read/write and unlimited write endurance features allow users to store critical data with confidence. For critical applications that require data to be preserved during power failures, the M-508T utilises 512KB of non-volatile RAMTRON F-RAM.Unlike conventional backup SRAMs that require batteries to preserve data, the F-RAM operates without a charge pump and does not require an external battery, thus increasing system reliability.

The IS220PDIOH1A’s high-performance data read/write and unlimited write endurance features enable users to store important data with confidence.
