IS220PDIOH1A  realises the automatic control of high-voltage motor type test. The system uses the configuration king software and Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control system, can complete the inspection of high-voltage motor general performance items, and the system has a good man-machine interface, easy to operate, simple structure, and can be applied to a high-power type motor test station computer automatic test system, effectively improve the degree of automation of the motor test, so that the test data is more objective and accurate, and conducive to a better detection of the Motor performance.

IS220PDIOH1A  keep the rated voltage and rated frequency running no-load until the mechanical loss is stable. Judgement of mechanical loss stability standard is: input power half an hour apart the difference between the two readings is not greater than 3% of the previous input power, in practice, generally empirical to determine the 1KW below the motor is generally running 15 ~ 30min, 1 ~ 10KW motor is generally running 30 ~ 60min, for motors larger than 10KW should be 60 ~ 90min. test.
