The MVAJ27L1FB0784D features electronics that enhance the performance benefits of lithium-ion polymer battery technology, manage in-depth authentication network protection and secure Ethernet communications. A sealed NMA4X aluminium enclosure provides protection against network vandalism and allows for use in the most challenging field installations. The on-board safety microcontroller controls the lithium-ion polymer battery cells, improving lithium-ion technology with high density, fast charging, high temperature resistance and extended life. The UP.500 extracts all the advantages of lithium energy storage over traditional lead-acid battery systems, including extremely high energy density and significant improvements in size, weight and lifetime. the UP.500 also recharges up to 10 times faster than traditional lead-acid battery systems. On-board electronics enable embedded deep-trust IC network security, which operates transparently at startup to manage the authentication process immediately. This authentication policy protects the UPS hardware, firmware, software and communications throughout the lifecycle. Along with secure on-board microcontrollers secure 10/100Mbit Ethernet IPv4 and IPv6 communications and support for secure socket layer embedded web servers and embedded IC62541-OPC Unified Architecture reserves. Bi-directional communication supports control, diagnostics and status reporting. Over 35 diagnostic variables can be securely monitored, trended, alerted and historicised via SCAD, enterprise and cloud applications.

The MVAJ27L1FB0784D includes all necessary electronics in an IP67 rated automotive enclosure. Quiet, precise, and powerful, the Mis340 series steppers are ideal for: industrial, medical, inspection, testing, and processing applications. These high performance steppers are also available with an SMC85 controller, with an electronic drive of 9.53 mm (0.375 in.). or 14 mm (0.551) diameter shaft, absolute multi-turn encoder, and planetary gear head. These high performance steppers feature very high 40,600 steps, 4,096 microsteps per revolution, and very smooth and quiet operation. The integrated PLC features 8 I/OS, RS-422 and RS485 encoder connections, point-to-point or multi-axis operation up to 254 axes. 12-80VDC power supply provides high speed and high torque (0-9/RMS (12.6%/peak), control 12-28VDC can hold position values etc.
