Description

PCM4.4 Optical Isolation Amplifiers

PCM4.4 controller KM950 is currently one of the industry’s most powerful computing power of the controller to 100ms cycle computing 1000 PID to test, only 2% of the computing load. Powerful computing power to realize the control engineer’s various advanced control algorithms and perfect logic design.

PCM4.4 ‘s configuration tool provides a wealth of professional control modules for thermal automation, including device-level control, compensation algorithms, and typical loop control. And it also provides a powerful module secondary development function, which allows engineers to write various customized modules through IEC standard development tools and incorporate them into the standard algorithm library of NT6000. It supports the IEC standard Sequence Function Module (SFC) configuration method, which can describe the complex sequence control process in a natural language.

Generally, it provides the configuration means of smooth control in the way of smooth control function block, which is possible to meet the requirements for the smooth control program without control branches. When the number of branches increases and the sequence of steps becomes more, the amount of programs in the function block configuration method will show a geometric increase, which limits the design and realization level of sequential control. This is part of the reason why many DCS cannot well realize the host self-start-stop function and auxiliary workshop sequence control.
