PDP800 Remote Module for CNC Machines

The communication diagnostics of the PDP800, also known as remote diagnostics, uses the communication mode to test and diagnose a faulty CNC system by connecting it to a special communication diagnostic computer in a professional repair centre. Communication diagnostic system can also make preventive diagnosis for the user, often an alarm number indicates the cause of a number of failures, so as to determine whether the failure occurs in the mechanical part or the CNC part, and display the general part of the fault (fault code).

The PDP800 can diagnose and eliminate faults using the troubleshooting methods commonly used in production practice, without having to be present on site, but simply carrying out a series of running checks on the machine according to a predetermined schedule, and analysing the diagnostic data at the maintenance centre, so that hidden faults can be identified and early measures taken.
