The use of electrical separation joints between two adjacent track circuits realizes electrical isolation without rail seams or mechanical insulation. This track circuit utilizes an LC resonant slot circuit connected in parallel at both ends of the rail and a small section of rail inductance to form an electrically insulated joint to separate adjacent segments, with each segment transmitting a different frequency. It not only detects trains, but also sends speed level information (a total of 18 types of TBF low-frequency modulation information) from the rail circuit to the train control on-board system (ATP).

Temporary speed limit server has the functions of sending temporary speed limit information to the train control center and wireless occlusion center, comprehensively managing the temporary speed limit of the line, and prompting the issuance of temporary speed limit information at an opportune time. The control system ground electronic unit, BTM-hs transponder transmission system, PM511V16 3BSE011181R1  safety platform, and TSRS-hs temporary speed limit server have passed the safety integrity level SIL4 certification.

The in-vehicle system is a new type of in-vehicle equipment for intercity railroads with ATO function developed by HOLISE with the existing CTCS3-300S train-control in-vehicle system as the platform, based on the specification of CTCS-2 level train-control system, according to the operation demand of intercity railroads and taking into full consideration of the demand of CTCS-2 level train-control system.
