PM864A Anti-interference of the output circuit


PM864A for the PLC system for switching output, there can be relay output, transistor output, thyristor output three forms. The specific choice should be decided according to the load requirements. If the load exceeds the output capacity of the PLC, it should be connected to an external relay or contactor to work properly.

PM864A output terminals if connected to an inductive load, the output signal from OFF to ON or from ON to OFF there will be some sudden changes in the amount of electricity and may produce interference, it should be taken to protect the PLC’s output contacts, for DC loads

PM864A is usually connected in parallel at both ends of the coil with a current-continuing diode D. The diode should be as close to the load as possible, and the diode can be a 1A tube. For AC loads, should be connected in parallel at both ends of the coil RC absorption circuit, according to the load capacity, capacitance can be taken as 0.1-0.47 μF, resistance can be taken as 47-120, and RC as close as possible to the load.
