PNI800A Features

l Supports logically independent dual CAN buses, including CAN2.0 A and CAN2.0B, with 32 predefined communication rates.

l DeviceNet and CANOoen buses support rate adaptation or manual setting of all standard rates.

l 1~2 CAN electrical interfaces and 1~2 155M fibre optic interfaces for flexible selection, supporting redundant dual-network fibre-optic ring topology.

l More than 60km optical distance, 155Mb/s, high-speed optical interface to better support the reliable transmission of burst data over long distances.

l 6 dual-colour LED status indicators, fibre-optic link and power failure relay output alarm.

The network topology of PNI800A can achieve the following network connections: point-to-point communication, chain network, star network, redundant dual-network and fibre-optic ring self-healing protection. The product can be used flexibly to form a variety of fibre-optic networks. Logic independent dual bus electrical interface, can achieve the backup of the electrical interface or single device access to dual redundant system; point-to-point network can be achieved through the fibre optic connection between the two CAN bus network segments;

PNI800A adopts dual-optical port chain network on the fiber optic bus to achieve multi-segment CAN bus connection (200); at the same time, this product adopts dual-optical ports to achieve dual-fiber ring redundancy, when a fibre optic failure, the system will rebuild the network link within 15ms to protect the system’s normal communication, to achieve self-healing protection of the signal transmission, the system will be automatically restored after the removal of the network faults; Quickly complete the network ring formation and un-ring function, the series of products plug and play, no need to configure, a large degree of user installation and commissioning process is simplified.
