NW-BM85C002 Software Program Protection Function

NW-BM85C002 Performance and Features:
1. The well-established connecting path performance allows the synchronization instructions scattered in the program to be integrated into a continuous path and permits the inclusion of downstream control instructions between the continuous paths.
2. Maximum pulse rate of 200,000 Hz for Z-axis and U-axis. 1-7.

3. Safe user program protection function (must be set by special software). 1-8.

4. When used as a special function module, it can be set to FX2n or FX3u mode by software. In the FX3u mode, the operation time of the FROM/TO instruction of the external PLC can be shortened (must be set by the dedicated software).

Allocation of the NW-BM85C002 Soft Component Mapping Area

1. D0-D6999 of the 20GM and R24576-R31575 of the FX3u-CPU have the same physical address of the soft components.
BFM0 – BFM29 of Z-axis occupy D9370 – D9399 in 20GM. 2-3.
BFM0 – BFM29 of U-axis occupy D9570 – D9599 in 20GM. 2-4.
4. All soft components are independent (including X and Y soft components) except for (2-1) – (2-3) above.
Output port Y. The Y output soft components of the NW-BM85C002 and the 20GM are independent of each other, e.g., even if Y0 is turned ON in the 20GM, it does not affect the state of the Y0 soft component in the PLC. However, the physical output port Y is output using the logical ors of the soft device areas of both.

The NW-BM85C002 reads and writes 20GM data using the FROM/TO instruction. Simultaneous operation by FX3u-CPU or external PLC is allowed. but do not execute them simultaneously for the same BFM address to avoid confusion.3-2. the FX3u-CPU can read and write R24576-R31575 directly for the D0-D6999 soft components in the 20GM.3-2. the FX3u-CPU can read and write R24576-R31575 directly. Since the Extended File Register (R) is built-in, these softwares can also be saved at power-off by accessing the FLASH with the instructions LOADR, SAVER, INITR, LOGR, RWER, and INITER. *When operating with the built-in FX3u-CPU, the unit number of the 20GM is fixed to 7.
