T9451 Direct torque control module


The T9451 is fully integrated into existing systems. Thanks to the macro codes on the loading panel and the user-friendly software tools, the T9451 is the most user-friendly high voltage inverter available.The T9451 provides an open communication system to connect to a PLC or DCS system and can be interfaced with a wide range of communication protocols.The connections are made using a simple two-wire system, eliminating the need for expensive hardwired connections.

 

In almost all cases, the T9451 series inverters meet the requirements of IEEE 519-1992 and UK G.5/3 for voltage and current harmonics. This eliminates the need for expensive harmonic filters, and other equipment is protected from harmonic interference. the design of the T9451 ensures that the motor is not damaged by common mode voltages, which means that no special motor insulation is required. the electromagnetic shielding used within the inverter cabinet allows the inverter to operate unaffected in environments where electromagnetic interference is present, and at the same time, other equipment is unaffected by the electromagnetic fields generated by the inverter.

The T9451 can communicate with data centres thousands of miles away, while the GSM data transmission equipment only needs to communicate with nearby mobile base stations, and its overall power consumption is comparable to that of an ordinary GSM mobile phone, with an average power consumption of only about 200 mW, which is much smaller than that of traditional data transmission radios. 140CPU11302 field monitoring point by the PLC to achieve automatic control, and collect relevant information, through the RS232 or RS485 interface and GSM DTU terminal connected to the equipment information collected by the PLC through the GSM DTU terminal data processing, protocol encapsulation and sent to the GSM wireless network.
