TB711FC1 3BDH000365R0001 adopts step7 v5.3 and micro -win step7 software developed under windows 2000 platform, programming is flexible and convenient. The software adopts modular programming structure, the whole control system including gas cabinet control and decompression station control two major parts. The control part of gas cabinet completes the control and interlock protection of oil pump, electric butterfly valve of gas pipeline, gas discharge valve, gas regulating valve and other equipments, as well as the detection and alarm function of process parameters.

TB711FC1 3BDH000365R0001 controlled equipment is designed to be controlled manually and centrally. The centralised control includes two control modes: single-action and linkage-automatic. In the centralised control mode, the operator selects the single-action and linkage-automatic modes on the hmi screen. Pressure reducing station control through the adjustment of three pressure regulating valves, to achieve pressure reduction and stabilisation function, mainly manual, automatic, remote control of three modes of operation.

The split-range pid controls three regulating valves, which are switched on and off in sequence according to the working conditions. The use of split-range adjustment expands the system adjustment range and improves the adjustment accuracy.
