Description

TC-PCIC02 Redundant Control Stations

TC-PCIC02 is configured with redundant CPUs in each control station, so that each station has redundant functions, and each has two fibre-optic ring switches for connecting two layers of fibre-optic ring networks. As the entire integrated yard is a whole, the process system structure is close, more interlocking signals between the equipment, and the principle of our various control stations is separated according to the principle of the electrical station

TC-PCIC02 is a production process control. The production process of raw material transport and processing is an intensive action of a group of equipment under unified control. After the transformation of the raw material area, there are 335 operating processes, of which 32 processes are allowed to run simultaneously; there are 49 groups of 98 processes that can switch routes during operation; there are 11 processes that can change the type of material during operation, and in addition, there are 9 groups of processes that have the function of superposition.

TC-PCIC02 has related equipment, called the process of mutual “interference” process, usually only one of them is allowed to run. Considering the system capacity, the same material conveyed, starting point is different, the end of the same a number of processes can not interfere with each other, allowed to run at the same time cross. In addition, a number of processes can be switched between each other, and the TC-PCIC02 integrated yard can have up to 25 non-interfering processes without associated equipment, which can be operated simultaneously.
