TRICONEX 8311N Connect Real-time Data


The 8311N defines the data acquisition module cj1w-ad04u and the output control module cj1w-od211. The four channels of the data acquisition module are connected to the real-time temperature data of the temperature control point, and the 16 channels of the output control module are connected to the switching-type control parameters of heating and cooling. Since the pid can only output mv value, i.e. 0~100% analogue signal, the tpo instruction of cj1g-cpu45h-p modular plc is used as a duty cycle calculation tool in the control system, which can convert the corresponding mv value to the switching on/off state of the switching quantity, thus realising the control of the actuator.

The user window of the 8311N is used for visualisation of data and processes. The main interface displays the current temperature value, the set temperature control accuracy of the mould cavity, the temperature deviation of the mould surface and the current control status; the curve display window is designed to display the real-time curve and historical curve of each temperature control point and group of objects respectively; the temperature control point setting and the temperature operation control window can be used for the operator to manually carry out the heating up, cooling down of each channel after the real-time display of hmi, constant temperature maintenance, start and stop and a series of actions.
