UR6DH Digital Scanning Module


The UR6DH wireless network system configuration and management software, which is installed in the monitoring system computer, manages the workflow of each centre coordinator and places the information of each centre coordinator in a defined location for the customer’s monitoring software to call in order to complete the project’s requirements. This greatly shortens the development cycle of the customer’s integrated monitoring system using wireless data transmission technology.

The I/O points of UR6DH system are about 120, and the DI and DO points are basically equal, in order to solve the above problems, we adopt the 214 CPU module of Siemens S7-200PLC, the rest of the I/O modules and the AI module used for the water content detection adopt the UN200 series of EVERWEALTH, and the dosage metering is achieved by the dosage control instrument PLY600 which is researched and developed by Shandong POSCO itself. In the UN200 module, 8DI/8DO digital modules are also used as keyboard scanning modules to collect signals for manual operation.

UR6DH Aerated block production line is also a relatively harsh environmental applications, the control system is very strict test of dust resistance and other aspects. Previously, we used Siemens S7-300 PLC, the overall cost of the system is high, many users reflect, hope to reduce the price, but finally accept the high price, contact with the module of the EVERWEALTH, we have tested, decided to use the UN-300 series of modules instead of the corresponding AI, DI, DO module
