The VM600 MPC4’s on-axis power supply module for the Vibro-meter 200-510-071-113 and 200-510-111-034 uses the same field-proven technology found in the SELL protection relays. It supports the entire node and is equipped with dual power modules in critical situations where two input power supplies are available. This ensures that the axis can control the required processes even if one power supply fails. The system updates all I/O points every millisecond, even when the nodes on the axis are distributed using the available fibre-optic Ethernet connection. All markers in the system can be recorded as a system-wide event sequence report. Engineers can combine the axes with SEL icon communication networks when they need to separate nodes over large distances without losing determinism. The axis features a complete IC61131 logic processor, secure communication, advanced data concentration, local and remote I/O, and protocol conversion capabilities between multiple built-in client/server protocols. The stand-alone Information Systems 61131 engine allows engineers to run custom control logic at two different speeds.

The Vibro-meter 200-510-071-113 200-510-111-034 VM600 MPC4 can achieve a high-speed solution rate of up to 4M, making it suitable for critical control loops. The slower solution rate can be as low as 1 second, making it ideal for SCAD reporting. Additionally, the solution equips integrators with the necessary tools to easily centralise information from various microprocessor-based devices in modern plant applications. Modular alarm panels are available for I/O, control, and many industrial applications. Each axis is included, and different configuration software can be added at no extra cost.
