Description
LAETUS LLS570-05 Laser Scanners
The LAETUS LLS570-05 controllers all include 4 auto-tuning loops. The 530 can be set up using the on-board temperature/analogue inputs, as well as the analogue or pm outputs; all on-board transistor outputs can be used as pm outputs. It has a full-featured HMI with a two-line LCD text display, showing up to 60 user-designed screens, and a 16-key keypad. The multilingual display supports over 15 languages and 20 graphical symbols. The units have 48K (virtual) steps of logic, providing flexibility, functionality and power. Software features include: interrupts, loops, maths, memory and comparison. Communication options include SMS text messaging, MODBUS networking and pc access via MODBUS or OPC. the company’s free software provides a user-friendly environment for hardware configuration and HMI design. Unity Electronics also offers free technical support for all products. The new JZ20-R31 series and ZARZ2 series reduce overall system costs by minimising hardware requirements, saving cabinet space and, most importantly, eliminating the need for users to set up panel-plc communications.
LAETUS LLS570-05 provides customisable control, XC controllers are easily expandable with compact, high-speed input/output (I/O) modules. Up to 15 HIOC local expansion modules can be directly connected to each controller, and can be used in a variety of high-density channel, analogue, temperature, counter and communication modules. In addition, the XC controller has eight digital inputs and six digital outputs as standard. Ethernet access provides efficient communication between the controller and the data exchanged to higher level control systems using communication standards including Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) for Process Control (OPC). The controller utilises the IEC 61131-3 compliant CODESY programming environment to support interoperability with multi-vendor equipment. The code set has a range of features for programming, testing and debugging that simplify and organise program documentation, diagnostics and debugging.
